1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Learning Hub website at learninghub.pk or subscribing to our Custom Training Suite platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Learning Hub (Pvt.) Ltd., a company registered in Pakistan with its registered office at 202 CCA, FF Block, Phase 4, DHA Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Our Services

Learning Hub provides a fully managed, white-label Custom Training Suite—including learning management platform setup, custom content development, hosting, and ongoing support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and service levels are defined in your individual service agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Payments and Pricing

Pricing for our Custom Training Suite is customised to your organisation's size, content requirements, and scope. All quoted prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in writing. We also accept payments in USD for international clients.

• Invoices are issued as per the agreed payment schedule in your service agreement
• Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may attract a surcharge as specified in your agreement
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST/FED) unless stated otherwise

4. Intellectual Property

All content, platform features, designs, and materials developed by Learning Hub remain the intellectual property of Learning Hub (Pvt.) Ltd. unless a written agreement explicitly transfers ownership to the client.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content without prior written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information required for content development and platform setup
• Ensure authorised use of the platform by your employees and learners
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security incidents
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our platform

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learning Hub's total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Learning Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, client data will be made available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
